BUYER BEWARE!!! Facebook Ad Store: I just received a product from a Shopify Store on FACEBOOK called YOUSHOPOUTLET.com and I’ve never felt so duped by an ecommerce site in my life. The products looked fine and were well-photographed and then I received the high-cost shoes FROM CHINA to US DISTRIBUTOR and THEY ARE CRAP!!! SO ANGRY!  The materials are NOT high quality synthetic, more like Real Plastic that crackles and creases, hurts my ankles where they crease.  TERRIBLE FIT.  Spray-Painted design.  Toxic Chemicals.  They have a NO RETURN POLICY that I found after my purchase. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

They had many testimonials on the Website that claimed the shoes were comfortable, high-quality, etc.  All Deception.

The Owner REFUSED to give me his name.  I searched domain name–Preston [McClain] Morgan at 83 Fair St, Kingston, NY 12401.  On Google street view, it looks like an abandoned old house.  You Shop Outlet supposedly does business at —

  1. I fell for the same scam. Buy the boots and get the tennis shoes free. Got some crappy tennis shoes but the boots never arrived. To pay that much for a pair of tennis shoes I wouldn’t pay $5 for had I seen them in person really hurts. And no boots. I’m sure they’re made from the same cheap materials. Can’t even get a refund. There was no information in the box on returns, no number to call. DON”T BUY FROM THIS SHOP!!

  2. The same here. Bought a smart watch and it supposed to be a samsung as advertise in the listing. Far from it sent me a crapy one in reply. When i demanded a refund i got such an email: We are sorry for this misunderstanding but on the product profile of the item is nowhere specified that it is an original branded item, only that it is compatible with a certain model of devices. Scam scam scam

  3. I’m dealing with them sending me two pairs of boots on which the design rubbed off like a dry erase marker within MINUTES of taking them out of the box. I have had so many problems so far and have had to send so many emails. I recently requested a full refund which I have not heard back about and I also filed a complaint with the BBB which gives them a bad grade.

    Since they hide negative reviews on their site (which you can see via google search,) everyone with issues should report them to the BBB so that more people know. BBB.org

      I received one of my two pairs of boots where within minutes of wear- I am not exaggerating- the print was rubbing off like chalk on a chalkboard completely down to what I found to be white plastic underneath. Customer service assured me that this is not common and that I received a defective pair and they will process a replacement. I thought I was satisfied with this solution (though I never received an order email for my replacement nor has it shipped.)

      My second pair arrived late. Before I even put that pair on, the print began rubbing off. Both prints are extremely low quality and far lighter than what is pictured on the site. The site uses false advertising images that are not of the actual products you receive.

      I’m either the unluckiest person in the world where the “rare” instance where “quality control” misses the same issue on both pairs of a different design, or I got ripped off. I requested a full refund and am still waiting to hear back. The CS rep has been nice and all but seems to have no power and it often takes days for them to get back to me after discussing with some department or another.

      There are bad reviews if you look for them. They get buried by the company but they are there. The Better Business Bureau also gives them a bad grade. If you are struggling, consider also filing a complaint at BBB.org. https://www.bbb.org/…/you-shop-outlet-0503-10000…/complaints

      This is not the name on my order but I assure you I have contacted multiple times and as soon as I asked for a refund I stopped getting responses. Seems like some people are happy with what they get but buying here is like playing the lotto with a $160 bet. Maybe you’ll win something worth $20 or maybe you’ll lose it all.

      Sam Dworkin You Shop Outlet is now refusing to give a refund and is insisting I get replacements and wait another month to find out if those, too will be defective. Then I have to pay $100 to ship all of them back to China in order to get a refund. They want me to spend more time waiting and spend even more money when they have been 100% AT FAULT.

      Pay attention to how many reviews on here are screenshots of the page, a picture of cats or flowers, or anything other than the actual shoes. These reviews are fake and the negative reviews sent to their website are hidden.

      This company is literally one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with in my life and is by far the worst Chinese company. I have bought from China before and never had such a ridiculous experience.

      Sam Dworkin UPDATE: I agreed to get two replacements and give them one more chance basically because they backed me into a corner. Their website boasts 5-7 days until items ship. It has now been 15 days since the first replacement was promised and 7 days since the second was promised. I have received nothing from the company, no emails, no shipping confirmation, and never even got replacement order email confirmations they said I would get. I of course also received nothing in the mail.

      I will be escalating the paypal case soon. Once again, the worst company I have ever dealt with and I shop 95% online.

      Sam Dworkin UPDATE 2: while I did not receive an email with the tracking number (hence my belief that nothing was happening,) the first pair of replacement boots did arrive today. They are shinier than the first so I assume someone forgot to put a sealant or something on the first pair. I have not worn them out yet but they seem not to be defective like the others. Hopefully the other pair will also be made properly. I will continue to update here for other buyers to see the long process involved in things being made right.

      Sam Dworkin UNBELIEVABLE. UN-BE-LIEVABLE. I finally get the second replacement pair and they sent THE SAME PAIR as the first replacement. I STILL have not received the replacement for the second pair of defective boots I ordered. I assume they will expect me to wait even longer for that and will still refuse a refund. I am so angry and frustrated beyond belief.

      THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH IN MY LIFE.
